Our commitment to excellence is underscored by our state-of-the-art laboratories we have in Uganda,kenya and Tanzania, which are equipped with all the tools necessary for thorough quality control of green coffee. Our laboratories are staffed by a team of coffee quality professionals, including expert green coffee graders and senior cuppers who hold prestigious Q and R grading certifications. Of which these certifications are globally recognized benchmarks for quality and expertise in the coffee industry, ensuring that our team is highly skilled in evaluating coffee beans.
Our quality assurance process is comprehensive and meticulous, beginning with an in-depth analysis of the green coffee beans. This includes a detailed assessment of any defective beans, where our graders meticulously identify and categorize defects that could affect the overall quality of the coffee.
Following the defect assessment, our senior cuppers conduct meticulous cup tastings. This involves brewing the coffee and evaluating it based on a range of sensory attributes, including aroma, flavor, aftertaste, acidity, body, balance, and overall impression. Our cuppers use their extensive experience and refined palates to provide an accurate and nuanced evaluation of each coffee batch.

The results of these analyses are compiled into comprehensive quality reports, which provide our clients with detailed insights into the quality of their coffee. These reports include specific findings from the defect assessments and cupping sessions, complete with scores and notes that highlight the strengths and any potential areas for improvement in the coffee.
